Private Dinner Chef

Enjoy a four course meal in the privacy of your home. You will receive a customized menu with two starters (soup and salad), entree, side and dessert. Sit back, relax and let us do all the ingredient procuring, preparing, cooking and clean up. All ingredients are premium with an emphasis on locally sourced from the farmers market and organic whenever possible.

Retreat + Event Chef

Let us make your event more special with fresh, locally sourced meals, catered to your group! We have catered to several Kaua'i wellness and spiritual retreats. Drop off healthy breakfast available as well as private group dinners served buffet style or plated.

Private + Group Cooking Classes

Learn how to make a delicious and healthy meal right in the comfort of your home. Together you will prep and create an entree, side dish and dessert that will impress any guest or family member. We will teach you proper knife skills and educate you on the use of spices to uplift any dish. This is also a great way to learn about how to prepare delicious and healthy meals with a diet restriction

Holistic Nutrition Consulting

Are you consistently tired? Do you have brain fog? Digestive problems? Want to healthfully lose weight? Do you have a difficult time deciding what to eat for your body type? I am a certified nutrition consultant and I would love to help you to feel energized, alert and healthy.  I believe that proper nutrition starts with the food we eat. Whole plant-based food can be medicine for the body when combined properly. When we nourish our bodies from the inside out it is easier to lose unwanted fat, skin complexion glows and the body's digestive organs can work more effectively. 

Private Yoga

Marla is a 200+ hour yoga alliance registered teacher.  She prides herself in her conscious sequenced, challenging, yet grounding, breath-centric classes. As a devoted practitioner for several years she knows first hand the power of yoga, mindfulness and breath work. As a teenager she dealt with a lot of back pain from a scoliosis. With a daily yoga practice she has healed her ailing back and can now spend time doing what she loves, like cooking, surfing, hiking and traveling.
